In order to get a defective item replaced, contact us at info@doggers.exbrfvemk4-ez94dolpn6mr.p.temp-site.link or call on +91-9158247247, within 30 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Doggers will only disclose your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you decline to submit personal information to us, then we will unfortunately not be in a position to provide the Services to you.

Any of your personal information which you provide when you use Doggers in an unencrypted manner and/or to an open, public environment or forum including (without limitation) any blog, chat room, albums, community, classifieds or discussion board, is not confidential, does not constitute Personal Information, and is not subject to protection under Privacy Policy.

Since such public environments are accessible by third parties, it is possible that third parties may collect and collate and use such information for their own purposes. You should accordingly be careful when deciding to share any of your Personal Information in such public environments.

Doggers is not liable to you or any third party for any damages that you or any third party may suffer howsoever arising from your disclosure of Personal Information in any public environment. Disclose your personal information in a public environment at your own risk.

Payments :-

We accept all kinds of payment methods including “cash on Delivery” at the time of the delivery of the product. However, this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it.
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.
There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs.50 levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable
Rs. 50 applicable for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method, In India, some state governments levies the Octroi charges when the product enters the state (The Octroi charge is payable by the recipient at the time of delivery. The courier will collect the Octroi amount from the recipient at the time of delivery.)

Shipping & Delivery Policy :-

We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Doggers.in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Doggers.in is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Order Cancellation :-

All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Doggers:-

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Cash payment mode orders will be canceled for non-receipt of cash within 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Cheque payment mode orders will be canceled if the cheque is not deposited or intimation of the same is not given to us within 48 hours from the time of placing the order.

Cancellation by Customer:-

50% cancellation fee is charged if the customer cancels the services on the day of appointments
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same
If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Replacement :-

Refund and Return:-

In case you are not happy with the quality of the product or the product doesn’t fit properly, you can return the product to us. We will replace the product or refund the entire amount.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cash on Delivery, Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
